Rugby needs everybody! We measure success on enjoyment as against trophies. It allows all participants to develop/improve social skills, friendship, physical and mental health, confidence, discipline and resilience.
We are lucky that we benefit from Ballina Rugby having a coach who calls to us on Friday’s. We are concentrating on Junior rugby for now but intend to have a Junior and Senior boys team and hopefully two girls teams next year.
